There are magical moments, when beauty arises from talent and skill, but also from friendship and the mutual understanding of the shared love for something –in this case, music.

I find it strange that this video has had so few viewings on YouTube. Carlos Nuñez plays the beautiful piece “Feira de Mangaio” –better-known through Clara Nunes’ interpretation on her album “Meus Momentos”- for the BBC in a Glasgow pub.

The piece starts slowly and softly, with a Celtic rhythm and tune, but then speeds up and becomes a song to be danced to and enveloped in heat. A wonderful piece which gets right into your soul, played masterfully by Carlos Nuñez and his talented, extraordinary friends.

Talent is so beautiful when it’s joyfully expressed!
